By downloading or using the Epiphaino app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Epiphaino, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

Epiphaino is a church community app providing access to sermons, events, giving, prayer, and community features. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with Christian community values.

You agree not to:

• Post content that is harmful, offensive, or disrespectful to others
• Impersonate other people or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app
• Use the app for commercial solicitation without permission

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.

4. Giving and Donations

All tithes, offerings, and donations made through Epiphaino are processed by Payhiive. By making a payment, you authorize the transaction. All giving is voluntary and non-refundable except at the discretion of church administration. Please ensure your payment details are correct before confirming.

5. Community Content

When you submit prayer requests, posts, or messages within the app, you grant the church a non-exclusive right to display this content within the community. Content that violates community standards may be removed by administrators. You retain ownership of your content.

6. Intellectual Property

All sermons, teachings, graphics, and content provided through the app are the property of Epiphaino or their respective owners. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. We are not responsible for any loss of data or service disruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epiphaino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Uganda.
