1 Samuel 20

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. (KJV - 1 Samuel 20:1)

He himself was not the light; he came only as a witness to the light. (KJV - 1 Samuel 20:2)

Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. (KJV - 1 Samuel 20:3)

The true light that gives light to everyone was coming into the world. (KJV - 1 Samuel 20:4)
